Pass It On

One of the curious things about gathering info in this hobby of ours is that sometimes, when it rains it pours. We went years without learning anything new about Pass the Buck, a 13-week wonder that Bill hosted in 1978, and there was no reason to think that there was much more info coming. But suddenly, friends and website visitors have come out of the woodwork with pictures and facts that we never had until now. Head on over to Pass the Buck for a couple of new images and some tidbits we've gathered in the past month.

Over in our Syndicated Radio section, we got a morsel of information about Here's To Your Health, a show about which we have NOTHING up to this point, so we'll happily take the morsel. As long as we were there, we added three more episodes of People on the Go. Play along and see how long it takes you to figure out who Bill's talking about in each one.

Finally, we want to offer a word of thanks to Dick Van Dyke, who is turning 100 years old on the day. In 1956, Dick was offered a chance to host a new game show called The Price is Right, but turned it down because he thought the show would fail. It proved to be the most successful of Bill's many hosting credits, so for that, we thank Mr. Van Dyke.
